We are a Not for Profit Community Interest Company (CIC) specialising in repairs and maintenance to support young talent within London communities to get into construction employment. Through our repairs and maintenance site work, young people gain construction skills and the work confidence they need to succeed in life.

Who We Are?
We focus on Community Asset Build projects that benefit local communities (e.g., community centres). These centres are updated, and 95% of the construction team are young people, leading on project planning, procurement, site works, site management, and completion of works.
We also complete small scale Housing Association Void Repairs & Restorations.

Our key partner is Phoenix Housing - together we provide a circular model whereby young local residents develop their construction skills on live sites, in turn developing their communities and themselves.
