We are a Not for Profit Community Interest Company (CIC) providing community engagement through construction training to support disadvantaged young talent within London communities to get into employment.

We work closely with Housing Association Void Repairs & Restorations. Our key partner is Phoenix Repair Services - together we provide a circular model whereby young local residents gain leadership and construction training through YouthBuild Ventures UK, and go on to have an employment route on live PRS sites within their local communities regenerating Void properties for Social Housing.
